ASHNESS BRIDGE
There are times when you can’t believe your luck.
I’d been up before dawn to photograph sunrise on Catbells and thought I’d make the most of the good weather, so came here.
Ashness Bridge, just south of Keswick, is another of the Lake District honeypots that landscape photographers flock to. I was astonished to have the place to myself and was able to spend a couple of hours enjoying the scene.
