HEAVEN’S ABOVE

Nantgwyllt Church has a commanding view of the Carreg-ddu Reservoir in the Elan Valley.

At then of a long night of astrophotography I took the chance to visit the church on my way home. The Mily Way had just risen over the hillside and a short wait gave me this composition.
